Ayama Kundalini Light Body Activation
Ayama Kundalini Activation Light Body Integration is a powerful healing modality that activates the movement of Kundalini Energy in the body in a gentle, natural way and aligns your energy to your true self.
During a session, I work with energy, the power of sound, and vibratory resonance to guide you on a powerful and phenomenal inner journey. Tapping into the frequency of Unconditional Love, your Kundalini Energy is activated through your crown chakra and cycled through your body. I channel the true Source Energy of heart healing, somatic release, and the sounds of Light Language to unlock aspects of your soul and align you to your highest self.
Unlike Self Generating practices such as Kundalini Yoga or Breathwork, in which one needs to exert a lot of effort - Ayama Kundalini Activation only requires participants to lay down on the yoga mat, close their eyes, relax, and listen to music. Beyond a playlist - this session utilizes live instruments to further activate your energy and support deep healing.
